The complex is housed in a unique and original Art Deco building built in the 1920s as the once famous Wickham Department Store. The Department Store shut its doors in the 1960s. The Water Lily complex has bought the building back to life and into the heart of the community. The complex consists of five floors: lower ground, ground and first floors are all dedicated to retail; the second floor houses two conference and banqueting halls with original Art Deco features including the original lead and glass domes and the third floor is a modern business centre. |
