A new retail experience under one roofThe Water Lily will create opportunities for independent and well-known high street brands to provide a unique retail experience over three floors. 

Shoppers can experience over 50 retail units under one roof. The 65,000 square feet of retail space has been designed to accommodate boutiques, restaurants, jewellers, fashion stores, furniture stores and much, much more. Grocery giant Tesco have already committed to take a large unit on the ground floor facing Mile End Road.

The main entrance to The Water Lily retail areas will be through a newly built atrium located in the centre of the complex on Mile End Road. This will provide access via escalators and lifts to all three floors directly from Mile End Road. 

Retail units will be avaliable to let on lease by the last quarter of 2012. Interested retailers should complete our Submission of Interest Form by CLICKING HERE. 

We will send through finalised floor plans and application packs to all enquiries prior to marketing the retail units in the third quarter of 2012.
